I am so grateful for the staff at Green Acres. After the passing of my father I have felt lost with everything that came after his passing. Emma and Hedith not only helped with making the transition easy but also helped us feel safe and heard in all what we wanted in the planning my dads services. My dad looked so handsome, thank you to the staff for treating my dad with the up most respect and for being patient with our family since we are a big bunch. They accommodated everyone, were very respectful, and were very helpful with any request. Thank you once again for making us feel safe knowing my dad was laid to rest at Green Acres.
Words can not express how grateful we are with all of the staff at Green Acres. From the first time we went to our appointment Adriana was professional, understanding, and compassionate. She patiently explained step by step the whole process during our difficult time of our mother’s passing. Adriana and Marisol both respectfully always answered all of our questions and concerns. Marisol was on top of every single detail and went above and beyond for our services to go as planned. Thanks to the staff being very attentive and meeting our needs, the services were a beautiful experience despite the sadness of losing our mother. If I could zero stars I would. Very unprofessional. I bought my mother a flower plot and it’s been 3 months and still no flower plot! All around her people gotten there and mine has not! Very upset and I keep calling and letting the manager know saying he was going to put it up on a Saturday and went today and nothing. I waited two weeks to give it time. I went to the office second time saying manager said sent there and left my number. I had to call because never received it. Kept apologizing saying he would get on it call me but he never did. This is so frustrating that I can’t even bring my own mother flowers!
Our initial experience was pleasant, everything went well. 7 months after we buried our father, the headstone was still not placed. I could not even find anything with my fathers name anywhere. I called the office and they told me they would come out and show me where he was buried. I waited for one hour and they never showed up, sadly. I called this morning to follow up on the headstone and tell them about my bad experience this past Saturday. Marisol told me that the headstone was not placed yet because they needed my mother’s signature. She never called us to inform us of this. She did not even apologize for my experience or her negligence. Be better! People are mourning a loss, show some empathy.
